Kewferry Drive

The Kewferry name is probably derived from the name of John de Kevere, who had dealings with the Abbey of Bec over property in Northwood in the 1290s. Kewferry spawned in turn a Kewferry Road and a Kewferry Drive.

Kewferry Road, around the corner from Kewferry Drive, was the filming location for both the Goods house (Tom and Barbara) and the Leadbetters house (Margo and Jerry).

Despite being set in Surbiton, the Good Life was filmed in Northwood.
