Barrier Point Road was built by Goddard Manton in 2001.
Barrier Point overlooks book the Thames Barrier and the Thames Barrier Park. It transformed an old industrial area and comprises 252 apartments in a series of linked blocks. There is an 18-storey tower adjacent to the river.
