Broadbent Close lies off of Highgate High Street

The wedge-shaped central section of Highgate Bowl (originally privately-owned nurseries) behind Broadbent Close, is called the Woodland.

Due to lack of access the original nursery land has fallen into disuse and is now covered by naturally-growing unmanaged woodland. It is classified as an Ecologically Valuable Site. Some ruined remains of old sheds and greenhouse Structures lie beneath the ground cover.
