Conduit Street is one of the streets of London in the SW1W postal area.

Conduit Street was laid out in the early 18th century on the City of London’s Conduit Mead Estate, acquired by the Corporation of London in the 15th century to safeguard the conduits supplying the City with water.

Only a few of the original houses now survive.
