Camden Street, N1
Angel
Camden Street once laid at the northern end of Camden Passage.

Camden Street dates, along with Camden Passage, from around 1767. It led south east from Islington Green and was built on land leased by Thomas Rosoman to Brass Crosby.

It was renamed Camden Walk in the mid twentieth century before it was demolished and a new Camden Walk was laid out just to the north.

The whole area between Camden Passage and Colebrooke Row was replaced with flats between 1967 and 1969 known as Colinsdale.
