Lower Addison Gardens runs between Holland Road and Holland Villas Road.

It is tree lined street consisting of 3-storey brick terraced houses (plus basement) slightly set back from the road.

Some houses have extra floors at roof level, created from loft conversions. The ground floor of each house has a bay window. The houses have small front gate and steps leading up to the front door.

The road is very close to Shepherds Bush roundabout, giving easy access to the main routes leading west out of London.

Most of the houses were built by James Hall over several years from 1857. James Hall built about 120 houses in the estate in the 1850s. He also built extensively in the Chepstow Villas and Pembridge Place area.
