Talbot Crescent is actually not a traditional crescent.
The road runs west from Station Road and intersects with Edgeworth Avenue, Vaughan Avenue, Faber Gardens and Woodward Avenue. The road which should be the top, returning part of the crescent back to Station Road, became instead part of Edgeworth Avenue.
