Vicarage Crescent is a rather large Crescent of Battersea High Street.

The northwest leg was formerly Vicarage Road until 1937 and the southeast leg was Green Lane until 1937.

Five prefabs were erected in the Green Lane part and they later became part of Fred Wells Gardens.

The Old Vicarage has a blue plaque to Dr Edward Adrian Wilson, the explorer who died with Scott at the South Pole in 1912.
