Ash Tree Dell was the one of two new roads off Buck Lane which was developed by the Kingsbury Cross Co-Partnership from 1931 onwards.
Ash Tree Dell contains nearly 60 maisonettes, brick-built and with tiled roofs, which could be mistaken for ordinary suburban mock-Tudor homes if it were not for some of the peculiar “Trobridge” features, such as the archways and wall finishes.
