The Little Boltons - originally called "The Grove" - connects Old Brompton Road with Tregunter Road.
The east side of The Little Boltons was built before the west side and fronted in stucco giving them a strong relationship with neighbouring The Boltons. These were built by Corbett & McClymont between 1858-64 whereas nos. 1-35 were built by Spicer between 1866-68.
Both sides of the road contain semi-detached houses of three storeys over a half basement.
