All Saints is the DLR station serving Chrisp Street Market.

Chrisp Street Market was the first purpose-built pedestrian shopping area in the United Kingdom, rebuilt as part of the 1951 Festival of Britain.

Chrisp Street Market was designed by Frederick Gibberd and since 1997 it has been in a conservation area.

Ashton Street was named for a local landowner.

The Bricklayers’ Arms here was built by Robert Snell of Limehouse and completed in 1814.

In 1912 it was purchased by the London County Council from Whitbread in order to rebuild the Woolmore Street School.
