Addison Bridge Place parallels the railway at the east end of Hammersmith Road and the west end of Kensington High Street.
Its original name was Portland Place. Samuel Taylor Coleridge lived for a short time at number 7. Harold Laski, the teacher and political philosopher, lived at number 5 in 1926–50.
