Abbey College is part of a group of independent sixth form colleges which are based in London, Manchester and Cambridge.
The oldest of the colleges - DLD - was established in 1931. After ten years located in Marylebone, the College merged with its younger sister Abbey College. It moved in 2015 to brand new, purpose-built facilities in the centre of London, overlooking the River Thames, opposite the Houses of Parliament.
