Villiers Road was built by the United Land Co.
In the late nineteenth century, Bramley’s (Willesden) Farm was owned by Mrs Catherine Nicol. In 1887 she sold Bramley’s Farm to the United Land Company.
Within two years the company laid out streets south of the railway on each side of the High Road.
