Greyhound Hill

The photo was taken in 1912, looking down the hill towards Hendon Aerodrome. Basing themselves on Greyhound Hill, Hendon residents could get a free view of the aerobatic displays when they took place below.

The Aerodrome later became the Grahame Park Estate though a small section was reserved for the RAF Museum,
