Beak Street runs roughly east-west between Regent Street and Lexington Street.

As a thoroughfare, the section of Beak Street between Regent Street and Warwick Street is quite old - a pathway linking Piccadilly to Oxford Street.

The name Beak Street first appeared in the ratebooks for 1689, and in 1691 it was ordered that the street be paved with stone.
