If you decide to contribute some information to the project, the system will allow you to save your name and 'memorable word' between sessions by the use of a cookie saved on your computer. This is optional and indeed if you wish to delete these cookies, leave them blank.
The third-party Google Ads system runs on the website.
Important: Any Personal Data that you supply will be deleted upon request.
We allow comments to be added to our pages which are stored in a database. If you decide to contribute some information to the project, the system will optionally allow you to save your name and a 'memorable word'. Your name (should you supply it) and your memorable word (should you supply it) will be stored in our database alongside your comment.
If you wish to delete a comment, please contact us, supplying the comment title/content and its memorable word. We will then delete the comment.
The comments database is internal to our system and not accessible by third parties.
As stated, we do not collect user data, apart from the cookie information listed above. Under GDPR rules, we need to provide the following privacy policy even so. This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when you use The Underground Map service and tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.
