Manor Farm, Ickenham (1913)
This Metropolitan Railway postcard extolled the rural virtues of their new Uxbridge branch.
In a near miracle of preservation, the Green Belt saved the working farm in 1945 and it can still be spotted from the Metropolitan and Piccadilly lines between Hillingdon and Ickenham stations.
