Old Oak Road, W12

Old Oak Road followed the line of an older path, made up into a road after 1870.

Some building took place here in 1905 as part of the Acton Park estate development.

Some short-lived roads were built to its west after the Second World War - Labram Way and Cedar Way - for a prefab estate on the sports field. Later these prefabs were demolished and the grass returned.

It straddles the Ealing/Hammersmith borough boundary.
