Kenmore Road is the main road of the 1935-8 Kenmore Park Estate.

The London County Council took over a 58-acre area which had been started by a private developer. Under the terms of the contract, the developer agreed to finish laying out roads and sewers which the LCC filled by 1938 with a cottage estate of 579 homes.
